Move-Out Cleaning Service
All of the following tasks are to be completed:
1. Cobwebs are removed from walls and ceiling 2. High and low vents are wet wiped if needed (vent removal not included)
3. High light fixtures are detail cleaned (wet wiped if necessary) *8-foot height restriction 4. Surface of the vanity is detailed/cleaned
5. The commode is cleaned/sanitized
6. Toilet paper holder is dry dusted 7. Baseboard behind the toilet is cleaned
8. Showers and tubs are deep cleaned (including hard water removal treatment if needed, hard water may not be completely removed)
9. Inside of cabinets and drawers are cleaned
10. Hardwood/tile/vinyl floors are vacuumed and mopped
