Move-Out Cleaning Service-See Note NO FURNITURE SHOULD BE PRESENT
All of the following items will be completed:

• Cobwebs are removed from walls and ceiling
• High and low vents are wet wiped if needed (vent removal not included)
• High light fixtures are wet wiped if necessary *8-foot height restriction
• Backsplash is spot wet wiped as needed
• Surface of countertops are wet wiped (no small appliances or miscellaneous items should be left on the countertop)
• All large appliances are wet wiped including front of dishwasher, microwave (inside/outside), inside/outside of refrigerator, stove top, and inside/outside of oven
• Top of hood vent is wet wiped within reach (underneath hood vent is not included)
• Sink is detailed/cleaned
• Windowsill above sink is wet wiped
• Inside of cabinets and drawers are wet wiped
• Pantry shelves are wet wiped
• Hardwood/tile floors are vacuumed and mopped
• Hand wipe room partition and any other areas on the floor if necessary to remove every hair
