ROOM
Move-Out Clean
All of the following items will be completed:

Mains

• Cobwebs are removed from walls and ceiling
• Wet wipe all high and low vents
• High light fixtures are wet wiped if needed *8-foot height restriction
• Carpet is vacuumed
• Hardwood/tile floors are vacuumed and mopped
• Inside and outside of all glass doors are cleaned (trim of glass doors and tracks of glass doors not included)
• Stairwells are swept and mopped or vacuumed
• Railings of stairwell are dry dusted (all elements, in between railing and on top of railing)
• Vacuum and mop floor
• Hand wipe room partition and any other areas on floor if necessary to remove every hair

Laundry Room

• Cobwebs are removed from walls and ceiling
• Vent dusting (vent removal not included)
• High light fixtures are detail cleaned (wet wiped if necessary) *8-foot height restriction
• Inside of cabinets and drawers are wet wiped
• Washer/dryer hookup is wet wiped
• Vacuum and mop floor
• Hand wipe room partition and any other areas on floor if necessary to remove every hair
